Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, holidays, or promotional sales, shipping may take a little longer than usual.

Delays & Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, or high demand are outside of our control.
